In memory of Umida Kabirovna Kamilova

Umida Kabirovna graduated from the Tashkent State Medical Institute with a bachelor's degree in 1985, from 1985 to 1987 she graduated from a clinical residency in cardiology.

The professor began her career in 1987 as a cardiologist at the polyclinic of the Research Institute of Cardiology.

In 1991, she defended her PhD thesis on the topic "The combined use of phosphocreatine and corinthar in acute myocardial infarction", and in 1998 – her doctoral dissertation on the topic "Hypolipidemic effect of drugs of local medicinal flora in patients with coronary atherosclerosis." In 2007, she was awarded the academic title of professor.

From 2009 to 2023, she worked in various responsible positions at the Republican Center for Specialized Therapy and Medical Rehabilitation.

For many years Umida Kabirovna has effectively worked as the chief therapist of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Over the years of her life, Umida Kabirovna has published more than 380 publications, 10 methodological manuals, 9 newsletters, and developed 6 computer programs. Her scientific works have been published in Russian, Canada, Turkey, Italy, Greece, the USA and other countries.

Umida Kabirovna has created her own clinical school, her students work in different cities of Uzbekistan and countries near and far abroad.
